At Chaiwala & Co., every cup is brewed to order, every bake is made before sunrise. A neighbourhood café built on the simple belief that good things deserve unhurried attention.
Chaiwala & Co. was born in 2019 when Aditya Kumar, a third-generation chai-wallah who trained in specialty coffee in Bangalore, came back to Agra with a single ambition: to merge India’s deep tea culture with the precision of third-wave coffee.
What started as a 12-table space on Sadar Bazar has become the city’s most beloved independent café — a gathering place for students, remote workers, families, and first dates. We source beans directly from small farms in Coorg and Araku Valley, and every pastry is made in our kitchen before the city wakes.
Beans sourced directly from Coorg and Araku Valley farms — traceable, fair, and exceptional in the cup.
Our kitchen begins at 5AM — every item is oven-fresh when the doors open at 7.
100% compostable cups, lids, and packaging. Oat milk always on the menu at no extra cost.

Ensures every visit feels like coming home. The face you see every morning and the reason regulars keep returning.
“The best flat white I’ve had outside of Mumbai. The team remembers your order by your third visit, and the croissants are genuinely exceptional — flaky in all the right places.”
“I work remotely and Chaiwala & Co. is effectively my second office. Fast Wi-Fi, consistent coffee, zero noise stress. The rose cold brew is an absolute must every summer afternoon.”
“Visited on a Sunday with family. The avocado toast and the dark chocolate tart were both stunning. The space is warm, the staff is attentive, and everything feels genuinely handmade.”
Drop in anytime — whether it’s your 6AM wake-up espresso or a slow Sunday afternoon with friends, the corner is always open and always warm.
